Forum AudienceThe Community Appearance Commission has sponsored an impressive group of speakers with expertise in wide-ranging topics dealing with community appearance. These educational sessions coincide with the Community Appearance Awards program held every two years in October.  In 2012, Mr. Pratt Cassity Jr., Director of the Center of Community Design and Preservation and professor at the University of Georgia, Athens, spoke about negotiating change in historic districts.
