The Transportation Advisory Committee for the Winston-Salem urban area will hold a public hearing Thursday, July 19, on its updated policy for soliciting public participation in transportation projects in Winston-Salem and the surrounding area. The hearing will be held at 4:15 p.m. in Room 530 of the Stuart Municipal Building, 100 E. First St., Winston-Salem.
A draft of the updated policy can be read online at DOT.CityofWS.org. Copies are also available at public libraries in Forsyth County and King, each municipal town hall, the N.C. Transportation Department Division 9 office at 375 Silas Creek Parkway, and the Winston-Salem Transportation Department at 100 E. First St., Room 307.
