Residents and businesses can have their bimonthly water, sewer, and stormwater bill e-mailed to them under a new paperless billing option that the city is now offering.
To sign up for paperless billing, click on the Pay Bills link on the city web site and followed the directions. An account number and PIN are necessary, and can be found on a past bill or by calling CityLink at 727-8000.
Customers who sign up for paperless billing will no longer be mailed a bill. The e-mail will include a link to the city’s online bill-paying service for customers who want to pay online with Visa or Mastercard.
The city also accepts payment through automatic bank drafts and through bank online bill payment services. The city does not charge a convenience fee for any of these services.
Customers can also print-out the e-mailed bill and bring it to the city’s Revenue Center for payment in person.
