Disconnected services - Disconnected services will be reconnected after online payment ONLY between the hours of 1:00PM and 7:00PM Monday thru Friday. Payments made outside normal business hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM Monday thru Friday will be in queue to be reconnected the next available business day.

Service request deposit - A service request deposit may be assessed to a customer upon the initial request for service; all customers are subject to a credit evaluation to determine if a deposit is required to activate service. The evaluation is performed by using the customers' social security number, where provided. Based on the results of the credit evaluation, a security deposit up to $150 may be collected. Typical security deposits are $50.

Service initiation fee - A service initiation fee is a non-refundable service fee of $20 that is charged to all customers requesting water and/or sewer service. This fee covers the costs of account setup and service activation in the field. This fee is also assessed for annual irrigation reconnection.

Returned Check Notice - If payment of your check is refused due to insufficient funds (including uncollected funds) or because you have no account at that bank, we will electronically debit your bank account for the amount of the check. Additionally, if payment of your check is refused, your bank account will be charged a processing fee in the maximum amount allowed by state law each time your check is presented for payment.
