The Winston-Salem Pedestrian Plan, or Walkable Winston-Salem, process built on past efforts to create a new vision for walking throughout the City. The final plan was adopted by the City Council on August 16th, 2021. The plan will be used by the City of Winston-Salem to prioritize, fund, and implement high-quality pedestrian infrastructure, with supportive programs and policies for walking.

The adopted plan is available on the City of Winston-Salem DOT Plans and Studies page.
