Monthly Planning Board Items

The City-County Planning Board meets at 4:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month in the Bryce Stuart Municipal Building, unless otherwise noted on Planning’s online calendar. Citizens interested in speaking in support of or opposition to a scheduled public hearing item should arrive between 4 and 4:30 p.m. to sign up to speak. Rezonings, Special Use Permits, and Unified Development Ordinances (UDO) Text Amendments are subject to public hearings, while preliminary subdivision approvals and Planning Board Review (PBR) items do not require public hearings.
