Light Duty Talent Pool

Light Duty is now called Temporary Work Assignments.

Employees who are injured on the job and who are either awaiting approval of their Workers' Compensation Claim or have an approved Workers' Compensation claim are eligible to receive a Temporary Work Assignment until their work-related injury has healed. Temporary Work Assignments should be found in the employee's home department, but in extreme cases an employee may be placed in an assignment outside of their home department.
