My CSR User Group

Motorola Premier One CSR is the City’s customer service request system. It is used to open non-911 service requests and automatically route the requests to the appropriate department. CSR service requests are opened by CityLink customer service agents via phone calls, emails, and web chats from citizens.

Citizens can enter their own service requests via an external CSR web portal as well as the CityLink 311 mobile application. CSR has interfaces with SeeClickFix for the mobile application, Cityworks AMS and Perconti CDPlus for certain service request types.
