Data Analytics

The Office of Performance and Accountability oversees City-wide performance management strategies. This includes working with departments on reporting workload, efficiency, and effectiveness measures for all City programs into the City’s performance measurement database. Selected performance measures and other information are reported each quarter in Performance Indicators Report (City Performance Indicator Reports).

Current Projects

The Office also assists departments with data analysis projects and reviews available data sets to analyze ways to improve City operations. The Analytics Unit is currently working with City Link (the City’s 311 call center) and Information Systems departments to begin analyzing call center data to assess patterns and trends in customer needs.
