Revitalizing Urban Commercial Areas Phase III

Voters approved $2 million to finance a third phase of the city's Revitalizing Urban Commercial Areas (RUCA) Program to help revitalize some of the city's declining urban commercial areas. Three areas have submitted proposals for potential projects, one of which, for the Patterson/Glenn area, has been approved by the City Council. Funding for this area totals $554,779, or 27.7% of the RUCA bond funds.

The council will consider recommendations for funding in additional areas in early 2016.
