Our Citizen Notification System allows you to receive neighborhood-level notifications regarding news, street closings, utility repairs, emergency and non-emergency alerts, missing persons, criminal activity, hazardous conditions such as flooding, fires, chemical spills, water main break, special meetings, and reminders on garbage collection when postponed by holiday or winter storm.

Notifications are sent out based on where you live so your address is required on the sign-up page. A map pinpoints the address entered so you can verify that the system displays your correct location. Up to four (4) phone numbers can be registered each with an option to receive text alerts. You can also enter a primary and an optional secondary email. 

 A verification email is sent to the primary email address with a link to activate the account. Update your information and update notifications at any time.
