Whether you are electing benefits for the first time, making changes to your elections, or not making any changes, annual enrollment is the perfect time to review all of your information to ensure that it is correct and up-to-date.

Your username ID is your Social Security Number
Your password is combination of last 4 digits of SSN and last 2 digits of birth year. 

  • Example: Sam Sample born 10-09-1959 (SSN: 123-45-6789) (EE# 54321)
    • Username: 123456789 or 54321
    • Password: 678959

If you do not have a computer or web access, you can complete the 2022 Retiree Benefit Enrollment/Change Form return to Human Resources by Monday, November 15th.

Retirees who fail to submit a 2022 Retiree Benefit Enrollment/Change Form or fail to log into the system and make elections will not have medical and dental coverage effective January 1, 2022. This deadline will not be extended, and exceptions will not be made.

Highlights and changes for 2022 plan year.

  • Cigna will administer the City’s medical and dental insurance plans.
  • The Cigna administered dental insurance plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan, instead of a reimbursement plan. This means employees will have access to a network of dentists at negotiated rates to help minimize the financial burden of seeking treatment.
  • Retirees currently enrolled in COBRA are not required to re-enroll. 
  • The Wellness program is changing! All retirees who enroll in the City’s medical plans will be eligible to have certain maintenance medications with a $0 copay under the City’s No Cost Preventive Medications Program without having to complete wellness requirements. All retirees will pay the same rate for coverage and have access to the wellness benefits. While not required, we encourage retirees to take advantage of certain health benefits to support overall wellness goals including: Health Assessment, Preventive Services Visit, Biometric Screening, Case Management, Condition Care Coaching, Tobacco Cessation Program, Monthly Seminar, etc.
