The 2019-2023 Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan serves as a single grant application to HUD for a variety of funding sources, used to support key services and projects in our community. The Consolidated Planning process also includes an annual action plan and performance report, to review progress toward comprehensive housing and service goals and to outline plans for meeting those goals in yearly increments.
