Request for Development Proposals- Permanent Supportive Housing Northwest Blvd.


The City of Winston-Salem Community Development Department announces the availability of land and gap financing for development of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), pursuant to the guidelines of the City’s PSH Development Program. Qualified developers may submit proposals for the development of 12 to 14 units located at the corner of Underwood Avenue and W. Northwest Boulevard (PIN numbers 6836-01-4153 and 6836-01-3030). Information on these site locations can be found using the Parcel ID’s (PIN) on Forsyth County’s website.

Submissions willl be accepted beginning January 27,2023 using the online Neighborly Software application. Proposals are due by 11:59 pm on March 9, 2023. Preliminary Project Assessment (PPA) meetings are required prior to submission and will be scheduled the week of February 13-17, 2023.

Request for Development Proposals- Affordable Housing Cobblestone



The City of Winston-Salem Community Development Department announces the availability of land and gap financing for development of affordable single-family homes avaiable for sale, pursuant to the guidelines of the City’s Affordable Housing Development Program. Qualified developers may submit proposals for the development of the site located at the corner of Cobblestone Rd. and Limner Lane (PIN number 6818-18-9140). Information on these site locations can be found using the Parcel ID’s (PIN) on Forsyth County’s website.
