Public Education Request Process

**Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all Community Education programs have been temporarily suspended. Ride-by type parades/caravans are permitted, but Fire Department personnel will not be allowed to get out of the truck to make presentations or have contact with the public. **

This online form will allow you to send your request to the Senior Community Educator for review and scheduling. Please fill out all required information. This helps us effectively serve your needs. Once requests are received, the information provided is verified with a particular fire station crew’s availability.

  • Due to our firefighters working on a rotating schedule, and a high volume of requests, we require a minimum 21-day notice prior to your event. If your request is for multiple dates, you will need to submit a new request for each date.
  • An email will be sent to you once your request is received and being processed. (Please allow 2 to 3 days.)
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once your date is scheduled (7 to 10 days before the request date). If you have any questions, please call Sabrina Stowe, 336-773-7965.
