About the Farm

The Kimberley Park Hydroponic Farm, at 349 NW Crawford Place, was built with $2 million in bonds that voters approved in 2014. The city council approved construction of the farm as a means of increasing the supply of fresh, locally grown food in an area that has been designated a food desert – an urban area where it’s difficult to buy affordable and healthy food. The produce we raise is given to Help Our People Eat (HOPE), a local nonprofit with a mission to fight hunger.

The farm isn’t currently open to the public.
