City Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office prepares and publishes the agenda for the City Council Members that is developed by the City Manager. Staff support, such as correspondence and research, is a service the office provides to the City Council Members.

The office records the minutes of all meetings of the council members, keeps a permanent file of all documents resulting from the meetings and its four committees: 

  • Neighborhood Services / Housing / General Government
  • Finance
  • Public Safety
  • Public Works
