Fairground Fridays Returns for Teens June 24

Fairground Fridays, a free summer youth program organized by Recreation & Parks, is resuming Friday, June 24, from 7 to 10 p.m. with music, dance contests, prizes and giveaways in the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Education Building.

Fairground Fridays is for middle and high school students. Music will be provided by Mr. Bill’s Productions with DJ 3rd and DP the MC. The concession stand will be open.

Parking is free on the Fairgrounds Midway. Enter through Gate 5 on Deacon Boulevard.

Additional Fairground Fridays will be held July 8 and July 22. Teentastic, the teen program put on during the National Black Theatre Festival, will be held Aug. 5 and 6.
