[ARCHIVED] Fourth Street Closing at Trade Street for Sewer Work

The intersection of Fourth and Trade streets downtown will be closed starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, to upgrade sewer lines under the intersection. Fourth Street between Cherry and Liberty streets, and Trade Street between Fourth and Fifth streets, will be closed to through traffic. The work is part of the Merschel Park construction project. Work is scheduled to be completed and the streets reopened by 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12. Detours will be posted. For more information call CityLink 311.
