[ARCHIVED] Public Meeting on Improvements to New Walkertown Road

The city’s Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting about the New Walkertown Road traffic study on Wednesday, Feb. 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Winston Lake Golf Course at 3535 Winston Lake Road. City staff will present recommendations and answer questions.

The plan focuses on strategies to improve New Walkertown Road between Martin Luther King Jr. and Northampton drives with an emphasis on roadway, pedestrian, bicycle and other improvements that can be made to increase the road’s safety.
