Disparity Study Information Now Online

The City of Winston-Salem is working on a disparity study, led by MGT Consulting Group, to determine if a gap exists between the use and availability of minority- and women-owned businesses in the city's relevant marketplace.

MGT will be studying expenditures between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2018, to account for five full fiscal years (2013-14 to 2017-18). Learn more about the study on the Disparity Study website.

MGT also would like to hear from businesses at the following meetings:

  • Monday, July 8 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
    The Enterprise Center
    1922 S Martin Luther King Jr. Drive
  • Tuesday, July 9 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
    Georgia Taylor Neighborhood Center
    1471 W Clemmonsville Road
  • Wednesday, July 10 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
    Hanes Hosiery Community Center
    501 Reynolds Boulevard
