[ARCHIVED] Public Feedback Requested for Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP)

The Winston-Salem Urban Area MPO needs your input! We're working on a comprehensive regional transportation plan (CTP) update for the Winston-Salem Urban Area, including Forsyth County and portions of David, Davidson and Stokes Counties.  In addition, the Congestion Management Process (CMP) for the area is being updated to better reflect priority congested corridors and to identify strategies and solutions to address the recurring congestion issues in the area.  The MPO is also amending to the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan with important updates to its financial plan and planning factors discussion.  Those documents are expected to be adopted by the MPO Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) on Thursday, November 19th at 4:15 PM.  A public hearing will be held during the TAC meeting, for agenda and virtual participation link see .

Please join the study team for a virtual public meeting webinar on Thursday, October 22nd from 5:30-6:30 PM to see an overview of the draft CTP and CMP recommendations and to learn more about the MTP amendment.  Additional information available at
