The Human Relations Department is co-sponsoring a virtual Newcomers Symposium on Tuesday, Nov. 10, for organizations throughout North Carolina that assist immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers in some capacity, including non-profit agencies, churches, health-care organizations, schools and government agencies.
