Brenda Holmes is the training coordinator for the City of Winston-Salem and is responsible for coordinating all soft skills training and pre-employment skills testing. She is responsible for management of the City's performance management system (EPAS), and employee development programs including: e-Learning, tuition reimbursement and Spanish pay incentive. Brenda assists with special projects including HR Information Systems (HRIS) maintenance and regular and ad hoc reporting.
