Glenda Clark is the Senior HR Analyst, providing leadership and supervison to both the Employee Training and Development and HRIS team.  Glenda is responsible for various critical responsibilities, including the coordination of training initiatives and pre-employment skills testing.  Additionally, Glenda manages the City's performance management system (EPAS), oversees the e-learning system, manages the Employee Training and Development budget, and administers employee development programs.  She is also tasked with the vital responsibility of maintaining and optimizing the HRIS to ensure its seamless functionality and alignment with organizational objectives.
